Ordering, Deliveries, Pickups & Returns
When your order is complete, you have two options. Pickup or delivery. For convenience, we have created a centralized hub in Toronto’s downtown core from which all orders will be delivered or picked up.
Ordering:
All orders are online only. Orders must be placed two days in advance and you will be notified for pickup or delivery times.
Please note: Currently, there are no minimum orders, however, we do reserve the right to restrict orders should supplies begin to run scarce.
Pickup:
When ordering you will be asked what time you would like to pick up your order. When picking up your order, please have your order number and name of person who placed the order ready upon arrival. We cannot release the order unless you present this information. Please Note: This hub is not available for walk-ins. Pickup will be no contact.

Deliveries:
All deliveries will arrive between 10am – 7PM. We will leave the package either on the porch or in the foyer. Special delivery instructions must be noted at time of order. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. When we arrive with your order we will attempt a phone call followed by an email notification. We cannot be responsible for delivery after we leave your premises.

Zone 1 (Downtown-Midtown) $10
Zone 2 (Lakeshore) $14
Zone 3 GTA West Side $15
Zone 4 GTA East Side $20
Zone 5 Burlington, Oakville, Hamilton $20
Zone 6 North of 401 $25
